The secret’s not in my hands

It’s on their faces.

The laughter. The sudden silence. The person in the second row grabbing the arm of the person beside them.

Magic is the excuse. The real point is giving a room full of people a shared experience—something that gets strangers talking, families laughing, and grown adults briefly forgetting they were supposed to act sophisticated.

Classic magic. Clean comedy. A room that feels different when the show ends.

I’ve taken a childhood hobby and turned it into a lifelong obsession — and I’ve learned a few cool things along the way that I’d love to share with you.Chris Meece

I’m based in Somerset. Travel affects the final quote, but I’ll give you a real number quickly. Tell me your date and location, and I’ll recommend the right version of the show.

Weddings, Corporate & Large Events

Bigger rooms get their own plan.

Wedding receptions, corporate events, galas, and anything much past 75 guests don’t fit neatly into a package. The right plan comes from your actual event: your guest count, your room, your timeline, and how far I’m traveling to reach you.

Starting at $900. Tell me your date, your headcount, and your venue, and I’ll build a real number around your event instead of a guess.

The Impossible Bottle

The mystery goes home with them.

The show ends with the guest of honor holding a Rubik’s Cube sealed inside a glass bottle. Mixed. Unsolved. Far too big to have ever fit through the neck.

It goes home with them. Made by hand, ahead of time, for them. Twenty years from now it’ll still be on a shelf, and every person who picks it up will ask the same question.

“Life is a mystery to be enjoyed, not a puzzle to be solved.”

What folks are saying.

★★★★★

“Chris has been part of our IweY music festival — a festival specifically for individuals with disabilities — 2 of the 3 years we’ve had it. He’s always been prompt, excited, professional, and gone the extra mile to make a good experience a great one for every person who attended. The top-level knowledge of a wide array of magic is really something you can only get in Vegas — yet here he is, mesmerizing every person he comes across. Highly recommend, as a magician and as a person!”

Brandon Hurley

“Chris’ magic shows are very entertaining and genuine. He himself is an outstanding Christian man. He’s been part of our youth ministry for many years and does a great job connecting with all age groups. You won’t be disappointed.”

Jeff Griffith · Denham Street Baptist Church

★★★★★

I’ve had the pleasure of seeing Chris Meece perform at several different events over the years, including weddings, New Year’s celebrations, and private parties, and every single performance has been phenomenal. Chris has a rare ability to entertain while performing incredible magic. His personality and interaction with the audience are just as impressive as the tricks themselves. Whether he’s doing card tricks, coin tricks, classic illusions, or something completely unexpected, he keeps everyone engaged from start to finish.
What really sets Chris apart is his ability to connect with every age group. Children, teenagers, adults, and seniors all enjoy the show and feel like they are part of the experience. If you are looking for entertainment that your guests will remember and talk about long after the event is over, Chris Meece is the magician you want. I cannot recommend him highly enough.

About Chris

Hey, I’m Chris.

I’m a comedy magician out of Somerset, Kentucky. I’ve been doing magic since I was a kid — a childhood hobby that turned into a lifelong obsession, and somewhere along the way it became the thing I love most: standing in front of a room and giving folks a reason to laugh and gasp. Real magic, real laughs, and a roomful of people who put their phones down and pay attention to each other for a little while.

My show is classic magic, comedy, and a whole lot of audience interaction — fast-paced, family-friendly, and the kind of night where the person sitting next to you might just end up on stage. Music runs through all of it.

I travel throughout the Lake Cumberland and Lexington region for festivals, churches, community events, private parties, and banquets. My wife travels with me to most shows, and I still think it’s the best job in the world.
